Job summary

Old Mutual South Africa is seeking a senior regional leader for the Cape Region, Southern Hub, based in Cape Town. You will oversee a branch with 8 Business Managers and ~15 advisers, driving recruitment, retention, sales targets, and market share growth while ensuring compliant advice and strong risk management.

You will collaborate across areas to optimize opportunities, lead cross-functional teams, and develop annual business plans aligned with strategy. Closing date 09 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: Grade 12, FAIS accreditation NQF5 (120 credits), full product holding accreditation.
• Experience of 5–10 years in managerial sales roles within financial services.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, budgeting, and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a branch of ~8 Business Managers and ~15 financial advisers in the Cape Region.
