Old Mutual is seeking a Senior Regional Manager for the Cape Region, Southern Hub, based in Cape Town. You will lead a branch of 8 Business Managers and 120+ advisers, shaping sales strategy, recruitment, retention, and market share growth while ensuring compliant advice practices and risk management.

Reporting to the Cape Regional EXCO, you will collaborate with service and operations teams to optimise sales support procedures, manage budgets, and drive performance across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Grade 12 FAIS accredited NQF5 (120 credits).
• Full product holding accreditation.
• Preferable: CFP Management and/or coaching qualification
• Experience 5-10 years managerial experience managing a sales-driven team in financial sector
• Education NQF Level 9 – Masters
• Closing Date 09 November 2026, 23:59
