Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Finance or a Degree, with 1–2 years in credit control or financial administration.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance (NQF 6) or Degree (NQF 7) is required.
• Ideal: Diploma in Bookkeeping or Credit Control.
• 1–2 years in credit control or financial administration.

Responsibilities

• Record Point of Sale payments.
• Allocate payments to the Pre-Registration account.
• Check payments are made on time and with correct reference numbers.
• Upload Proof of Payments to the SIMS system.
• Interpret account statements.
• Attend to finance-related queries.
• Perform ad hoc financial duties as required.
