Job summary

IIE Rosebank International is seeking a Financial Administrator to manage campus finance tasks and ensure on-site compliance with finance processes.

The role requires a finance qualification and 1–2 years of experience in credit control or financial administration, with strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic education environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Diploma in Finance (NQF 6) or Degree (NQF 7).
• Ideal: Diploma in Bookkeeping or Credit Control.
• Experience: 1-2 years in credit control or financial administration.

Responsibilities

• Recording Point of Sale payments.
• Payment allocation on the Pre-Registration account.
• Check if payments are made timeously and if the correct reference numbers are used.
• Ensure the uploading of Proof of Payments to the Student Information System (SIMS).
• Interpreting account statements.
• Attend to finance related queries.
• Perform ad hoc financial duties as required.
