IIE Rosebank International, part of the ADvTECH Group, seeks a Financial Administrator to manage campus finance tasks on site.

Responsibilities include recording Point of Sale payments, allocating payments to Pre-Registration accounts, verifying correct references, uploading Proof of Payments to SIMS, interpreting account statements and addressing finance queries; 1–2 years' experience preferred.

Formación

• Diploma in Finance (NQF 6) or degree (NQF 7) required.
• 1-2 years experience in credit control or financial administration.
• Ideal: Diploma in Bookkeeping or Credit Control.

Responsabilidades

• Record Point of Sale payments.
• Allocate payments to Pre-Registration accounts.
• Check if payments are made timeously and if the correct reference numbers are used.
• Upload Proof of Payments to SIMS.
• Interpret account statements.
• Attend to finance related queries.
• Perform ad hoc financial duties as required.
