Job summary

IIE Rosebank International, part of the ADvTECH Group, invites applications for a Financial Administrator responsible for on-site finance administration and related tasks. The role focuses on recording POS payments, allocation, and resolving financial queries within the campus finance team.

Requirements include a Finance Diploma (NQF 6) or Degree (NQF 7) with 1–2 years in credit control or financial administration. Strong attention to detail and customer service are valued as part of the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Diploma in Finance (NQF Level 6) or Degree (NQF Level 7).
• Ideal: Diploma in Bookkeeping or Credit Control.
• Experience: 1–2 years in credit control or financial administration.

Responsibilities

• Recording Point of Sale payments.
• Payment allocation on the Pre-Registration account.
• Check if payments are made timeously and if the correct reference numbers are used.
• Ensure the uploading of Proof of Payments to the Student Information System (SIMS).
• Interpreting account statements.
• Attend to finance related queries.
• Perform ad hoc financial duties as required.
