Job summary

IIE Rosebank International, part of the ADvTECH Group, seeks a Financial Administrator to manage campus finance administration on site. The role involves recording POS payments, allocating payments, and ensuring accurate reference usage within the Pre-Registration system.

The successful candidate will upload Proof of Payments to SIMS, interpret statements, handle finance queries, and perform ad hoc duties as required to support campus operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Diploma in Finance (NQF 6) or Degree (NQF 7).
• Ideal: Diploma in Bookkeeping or Credit Control.
• Experience: 1–2 years in credit control or financial administration.

Responsibilities

• Record Point of Sale payments.
• Allocate payments on the Pre-Registration account.
• Check payments are timely with correct references.
• Upload Proof of Payments to SIMS.
• Interpret account statements.
• Attend to finance-related queries.
• Perform ad hoc financial duties as required.
