Rosebank International within the ADvTECH Group is seeking a Financial Administrator to handle on-site finance administration across the campus, ensuring accuracy and compliance with campus processes. You will manage POS payments, payment allocations, SIMS uploads, and respond to finance queries in a busy, student-focused environment.

Applicants should hold a Diploma in Finance or a Degree, with 1–2 years in credit control or financial administration, and a detail-oriented, customer-service

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance or Degree is required.
• 1–2 years in credit control or financial administration.
• Ideal: Diploma in Bookkeeping or Credit Control.

Responsabilités

• Recording Point of Sale payments.
• Payment allocation on the Pre-Registration account.
• Check if payments are made timeously and if the correct reference numbers are used.
• Ensure the uploading of Proof of Payments to the SIMS system.
• Interpreting account statements.
• Attend to finance related queries.
• Perform ad hoc financial duties as required.
