Zusammenfassung

Top Talent Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Manager in Kimberley, Northern Cape. The role supports the CFO and Finance Team, including the Group Financial Manager, in executing duties for the Finance Department.

A qualified CA(SA) or eligible to register by February 2027 is required, with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset. The role involves financial statement work, VAT and tax compliance, financial modelling, and governance through group accounting policies.

Qualifikationen

Qualified CA(SA) with registration by February 2027.
Experience drafting financial statements and tax computations.
SARS engagements, returns and dispute resolution experience.
Strong analytical ability with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Pastel, Draftworx and CaseWare preferred.
Ability to lead meetings with directors and shareholders.

Aufgaben

Drafting and reviewing Annual Financial Statements.
Review Monthly Management Packs for group entities.
Assist with financial reporting and complex transactions.
Review VAT, Payroll returns and payment thereof.
Prepare Provisional Tax Returns and estimates.
Communication, audit and dispute management with SARS.
Financial modelling for cash flows and valuations.
Review of legal agreements and structuring of transactions.
Drafting resolutions and other legal documents.
Implementation of group accounting policies.
Cash management and payment approvals as needed.
