Job summary

Network Recruitment is seeking a CA(SA) with strong IFRS and tax expertise to lead financial reviews and drive reporting for the finance function in Johannesburg.

You will manage a team of financial controllers and accountants, oversee budgets and forecasts, and liaise with SARS on VAT and tax matters while delivering IFRS-compliant information to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) required with 2+ years' post-articles commercial experience.
• Proficiency in IFRS and technical accounting.
• Strong tax and VAT experience including SARS liaison.
• Experience with budgets and forecasts.
• Annual financial statement preparation and review experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job description

This is a role for a CA(SA) who enjoys financial reviews, technical accounting and working across tax, VAT, reporting and planning. You'll be part of a high-performing finance team, managing a team of financial controllers and accountants while getting exposure to senior stakeholders and group reporting.
