ManpowerGroup in South Africa seeks an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) to lead financial strategy and governance. You will provide strategic input to the CEO and Board, oversee financial operations, and manage capital allocation and risk management with a focus on IFRS compliance and regulatory standards.

You will also drive internal controls, liaise with regulators, and mentor a high-performing finance team to sustain growth and financial integrity across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• CA(SA) with SAICA certificate is required.
• Minimum 2+ years post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Companies Act and Prudential Authority regulations.
