You will be responsible for managing daily procurement activities, cultivating supplier relationships, and ensuring that all purchases meet the company's standards for quality and value. Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure goods and services according to specifications and budget constraints.
• Identify and evaluate potential new suppliers, obtaining quotes and comparing proposals.
• Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and provide timely support.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a buyer or purchasing role.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in using purchasing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
