Job summary

KWV is seeking a Business Development Representative to promote its brands in Gauteng North by visiting liquor outlets and executing a contracted call cycle. The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager: Gauteng North and sits in the Commercial division.

Ideal candidates will have a Matric, 2+ years FMCG experience, and a valid driver’s license with their own vehicle. Travel and overnight stays are expected as part of the job.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 required; tertiary qualification advantageous.
• At least 2 years of experience in FMCG.
• Experience in the liquor industry is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s licence without endorsements and own vehicle.
• Willingness to travel frequently and stay away overnight.
• Must be able to read/write/speak English.

Job title: Business Development Representative - Gauteng North

KWV a renowned South African brand and industry leader in the production of world-class wines, and other spirits a vacancy for a Business Developer Representative, based in Gauteng North.

• Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager: Gauteng North


• Division: Commercial

Purpose: To promote KWV brands and products within a specific geographic area by visiting Liquor outlets (mostly Off Trade outlets) as per a contracted call cycle to increase visibility and with the aim of driving increased sales.

• Matric/Grade 12, a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous


• At least 2 years relevant experience in FMCG


• Experience in the Liquor industry will be advantageous


• Computer literate on an advanced level


• Must have a valid driver’s license without endorsements as well have own vehicle


• Availability for frequent business travel and overnight stay
