The ideal candidate has 3+ years in maintenance, reads blueprints, and can troubleshoot complex systems while communicating with tenants and contractors.

Qualifications

• Commercial/industrial maintenance experience required.
• 3+ years in maintenance technician role.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Reading manuals, blueprints and schematics.

• Driver's license and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting).

Requirements
