About the Role

Our client, a prominent facilities management company, is seeking a versatile Building Systems Technician with expertise in both HVAC and electrical systems to join their team in East London, Eastern Cape . This role is essential for the maintenance and repair of building infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance of HVAC, electrical, and related systems in commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess a broad skill set, excellent diagnostic capabilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heaters, and ventilation equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in building systems, such as lighting, power distribution, and control circuits.

Requirements

• Trade qualification in HVAC, Electrical, or a related building services field.
