Placements24 is seeking a skilled Building Systems Technician for Randburg, Gauteng. You will install, maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems across modern facilities.

You'll read schematics, diagnose faults, and perform preventative maintenance. The role requires a trade qualification in HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing, at least 4 years' hands-on experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to join an on-call rotation in Randburg.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience maintaining building systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Strong understanding of HVAC principles, electrical circuits and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to be on-call in Randburg.

Key Responsibilities
