This pivotal role involves the comprehensive maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and access control systems. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of technical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to ensuring the safety, comfort, and operational efficiency of the building. Key Responsibilities
