FNB Namibia is seeking a Business Management Consultant / Broker Consultant in Cape Town to build lasting relationships with Independent Financial Advisors and drive growth across Investments, Life, and related FirstRand products.

You will provide product guidance, training, and support to advisors, identify business opportunities, and stay ahead of industry changes to deliver value to partners and clients.

Qualifications

• Matric required with NQF 5/R E5 qualifications.
• 3–5 years broker consulting experience in Investments and IFA environment.
• 3+ years Life Assurance experience and product training.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with Independent Financial Advisors.
• Drive awareness and adoption of FNB Life, Investments, and broader FirstRand solutions.
• Provide product guidance, support, and training to advisors.
