Job summary

FirstRand Limited is seeking a capable Business Management Consultant / Broker Consultant in Cape Town. You will be the primary relationship holder with Independent Financial Advisors, providing product training and driving adoption of FNB Life and other FirstRand solutions.

Expect travel locally and a focus on delivering exceptional service to grow advisor partnerships. You will need 3–5 years broker consulting in Investments/IFA, 3+ years Life Assurance, RE5 and Class of Business training.

Qualifications

• Matric, NQF 5, RE5 qualification are required.
• 3–5 years Broker Consulting experience within Investments and IFA environment.
• 3+ years Life Assurance experience.
• Relevant Class of Business training.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with Independent Financial Advisors.
• Drive awareness and adoption of FNB Life, Investments, and broader FirstRand solutions.
• Provide product guidance, support, and training to advisors.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to support sales growth.
• Deliver exceptional service and solutions that exceed advisor expectations.
• Facilitate collaboration between advisors and product specialists on complex requirements.
