Bestmed Medical Scheme in Mpumalanga is seeking a Business Consultant to drive broker relationships, support training, and grow membership within the Advisor Sales Channel.

You will act as the primary liaison between brokers and the medical scheme, promoting products and providing ongoing service to memberships. The role requires 4+ years in financial services sales and a valid driver's license, with a competitive benefits package offered by the employer.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with Mathematics or Maths Literacy as required.
• Diploma or Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Management or Customer Relations.
• Minimum 4 years in sales/customer relationship management within financial services.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong relationships with allocated brokers.
• Drive business growth by identifying new broker opportunities and recruiting.
• Promote the scheme's products and value proposition in the market.
• Provide ongoing service and support for membership queries.
