Job summary

Icebolethu Group in KwaZulu-Natal seeks a Branch Supervisor for its FSP division to oversee daily branch operations, drive sales performance, and strengthen customer service while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has Grade 12, 2–3 years in financial services, and relevant business qualifications; RE-5/RE-1 is a plus, with a clear ITC and criminal record. Own transport preferred and commitment to ethics.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• 2–3 years’ experience in financial services.
• Clear ITC (credit record).
• Clear criminal record.
• RE–5 or RE-1 qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Retention of clientele.
• Supervising and managing daily branch operations.
• Leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams to achieve targets.
• Setting and monitoring individual and team sales goals.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handling escalated customer queries and resolving complaints effectively.
• Implementing sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Overseeing risk management and proper documentation processes.
• Driving customer service excellence and improving client satisfaction levels.
