Icebolethu Group, a leading South African funeral services provider, seeks a Senior Consultant to drive client retention, oversee daily branch operations, and lead sales teams to achieve targets. The role requires 2–3 years in financial services, strong CRM and leadership skills, and a track record in marketing life assurance. RE–5 or RE–1 is advantageous.

The permanent position is based in East London, with a focus on customer service excellence and compliant processes.

Formación

• Grade 12 is required.
• 2–3 years’ experience in financial services.
• Business Management, Marketing or related tertiary qualification.
• Clear ITC (credit check) and clear criminal record.
• Own reliable transport and cell phone.
• RE–5 or RE-1 qualification is advantageous.
• Proven success in marketing life assurance.

Responsabilidades

• Retention of clientele.
• Supervising and managing daily branch operations.
• Leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams to achieve targets.
• Setting and monitoring individual and team sales goals.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handling escalated customer queries and resolving complaints effectively.
• Implementing sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Overseeing risk management and ensuring proper documentation processes.
• Driving customer service excellence and improving client satisfaction levels.
