Zusammenfassung

Takealot Fulfilment Solutions (TFS) is seeking a Branch Supervisor for its Port Elizabeth operations. You will supervise fleet activities, ensure on-time deliveries from the distribution center and maintain fleet readiness. Lead KPI meetings, enforce policies, and support staff through coaching and discipline where needed.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of Grade 12 and at least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within logistics. A tertiary qualification is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of Grade 12 (Matric).
• Tertiary qualification preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics or supervision.

Aufgaben

• Supervise the fleet and related roles to support operations.
• Ensure on-time delivery to and from the distribution center.
• Maintain an adequately resourced and serviced fleet.
• Enforce company policies and procedures consistently.
• Lead daily KPI discussions and operational feedback sessions.
• Manage staff attendance, overtime and labour costs.
• Train and supervise Driver Admins and Drivers.
• Coordinate staff transport and ensure 100% attendance.
• Prepare and file administrative documentation per procedures.
