Job summary

Takealot Fulfilment Solutions (TFS), a division of Takealot Online (RF) (Pty) Ltd, seeks a Franchise Compliance Supervisor for the Eastern Cape – Gqeberha. You will monitor franchise and driver performance, audit SOP adherence, and drive improvements across the delivery network.

The role requires 3 years in a client-facing operational environment, a related degree, and a valid driver’s license. You will train franchise managers and drivers, report weekly KPIs, travel locally, and collaborate

Qualifications

• 3 yrs experience in a client-facing role in an operational environment or similar.
• Degree or equivalent work experience in process analysis and management.
• Driver's license is mandatory.
• Ability to analyse data and create reports.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on franchise and driver performance and operational compliance.
• Train and inform SOPs at a franchise level (Managers, Drivers).
• Identify non-compliance and escalate to senior management.
• Assist in improving SOPs across the delivery network.
• Maintain service levels of franchises per SLAs and implement corrective measures.
• Monitor branch adherence to franchise agreements and KPIs.
• Manage and improve weekly KPIs at franchise level.
• Conduct regular audits to assess performance and compliance.
• Travel locally to allocated regions and regional branches as required.
