Takealot Fulfilment Solutions (TFS) seeks an Administration Controller to support fleet and office operations in KwaZulu-Natal. You will maintain vehicle trip-sheets, manage repairs and insurance renewals, and collaborate with finance on fleet expenses.

This role requires strong communication, organisation and the ability to train staff. Reporting to the Department Manager, you will also handle time and attendance records, vendor management, and monthly accruals.

Formación

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management/Logistics/Business Administration/Finance required.
• At least 3 years in logistics/supply chain/warehouse/financial institution working environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a demanding, customer-focused environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and regularly update vehicle trip-sheets with mileages, fuel consumption and maintenance for accurate records.
• Coordinate timely vehicle repairs, servicing and insurance renewals; ensure fuel data is recorded and anomalies reported to operations.
• Collaborate with finance to track fleet-related expenses and ensure accurate financial records.
• Oversee processing of all insurance claims within specified periods, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Oversee record-keeping and reporting of time and attendance, ensuring data accuracy.
