Dante Personnel is seeking a Senior Security Operations Manager to lead day-to-day branch operations, supervising Operations Managers, Site Managers and security staff to ensure client requirements are consistently met.

The role emphasizes financial management, budgeting, fleet oversight, rostering, training and risk assessment, with strict adherence to safety, quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the security industry.
• Senior security management experience, preferably managing a large workforce.
• Experience in financial management, budgeting and fleet management.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Strong people-management and leadership experience.
• Excellent planning, organisational and client liaison skills.
• Valid Driver’s Licence and own reliable transport.
• Firearm competency.
• Clear criminal record and excellent employment track record.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Manage Operations Managers, Site Managers, Supervisors and security personnel.
• Ensure contractual and client requirements are consistently met.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and address operational matters promptly.
• Oversee financial management, budgets, fleet, assets and resources.
• Ensure effective staff management, rostering, training and development.
• Monitor service delivery and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct risk assessments and oversee investigations where required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit operational, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Attend client and internal management meetings.
• Ensure effective administration and operational control across the branch.
