Job summary

FullServe in Alberton is seeking a Security Manager to lead physical security, safety, and asset protection across the organization. The role involves policy development, budgeting, and supervising security staff to ensure rapid incident response.

Responsibilities include coordinating events, reviewing incident reports, and proposing improvements through new technologies. A PSIRA registration and relevant security education are required, along with a strong leadership track record.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as security manager or similar position.
• Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV).
• Experience in reporting and emergency response planning.
• Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
