Job summary

RecruiTech is seeking a proactive Branch Manager for our Potchefstroom operation in South Africa. You will oversee daily branch activities, drive growth, and ensure high service levels across collections, deliveries, and distribution.

The role emphasizes leadership, budget oversight, and customer relationship management in a fast-paced logistics environment. A relevant qualification is advantageous and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a management role within the courier, express or logistics industry.
• Proven experience managing branch operations and staff.
• A relevant qualification in Logistics, Business Management or a related field would be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of courier operations, collections, deliveries and distribution processes.
• Experience managing budgets, operational costs and performance targets.
• A valid driver's licence.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for business growth.
