Job summary

Fusion Personnel Ltd. is seeking a Branch Manager in Pretoria, Gauteng. The role will drive overall branch performance, lead the team, grow sales, and ensure efficient operations across administration, warehouse and customer service.

You will oversee budgeting, reporting and adherence to company policies while maintaining strong client relationships and driving profitability for the branch.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Afrikaans and English (essential).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Branch Manager or similar management role.
• Experience managing a branch with responsibility for sales, administration, warehouse and operations.
• Computer literate (MS Office).
• Matric; tertiary qualification advantageous.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.

• Lead, mentor and develop the branch team.
• Drive sales growth and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Oversee all branch administration and ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage warehouse operations, stock control and inventory.

• Prepare and analyse branch reports and KPIs.
• Liaise with management regarding branch performance and strategic objectives.
