Job summary

Hungry Lion is seeking an experienced Branch Manager in Moorreesburg, Western Cape, to lead a quick-service restaurant and drive profitable operations.

You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, staffing, product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency in line with company policies. The role requires Grade 12 and 4 years in similar management, with QSR experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required with 4 years of experience in a similar management role.
• Experience managing a Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) is essential.
• A tertiary qualification is desirable but not mandatory.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager to join our team. The purpose of this role is to assume primary accountability and responsibility for running a profitable quick-service restaurant. This includes achieving and/or exceeding sales targets, ensuring adequate staffing with competent staff, serving high-quality products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiencies in accordance with company policies and procedures through effective team management.
