Hungry Lion Fast Foods (Pty) Ltd in Stellenbosch is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a busy quick-service restaurant. You will be accountable for profitability, achieving sales targets, staffing, quality, and customer satisfaction through effective team management and adherence to company policies.

The ideal candidate holds Grade 12 with several years in a similar management role; a tertiary qualification is desirable.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager to join our team. The purpose of this role is to assume primary accountability and responsibility for running a profitable quick-service restaurant. This includes achieving and/or exceeding sales targets, ensuring adequate staffing with competent staff, serving high-quality products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiencies in accordance with company policies and procedures through effective team management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 with 4years experience in a similar management role.
