Placements24 is seeking a strategic and hands-on Branch Operations Manager to oversee our Centurion location. You will lead the operational team, manage resources, and drive service delivery to meet business objectives.

You will monitor budgets, exercise P&L responsibility, and implement policies to improve efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction while fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in operations management, with branch/retail focus.
• Experience in financial management, budgeting and P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and operational analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational activities of the branch, including service delivery, staff performance, and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor branch financial performance, manage budgets, and control operational costs effectively.
• Lead and develop a team of branch staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer engagement.
• Oversee risk management and ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize branch operations and customer experience.
