Job summary

South Cape Recruitment is seeking a Store Manager for a George-based retail operation. The role requires strong leadership, in-store operations management, and a passion for developing the store team to meet targets.

You will oversee 8-12 staff, manage shrinkage and expenses, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales through coaching and performance management. A valid driver's license and 4+ years retail management experience are essential.

• Minimum 4 years in-store retail experience.
