Job summary

Fusion Personnel Ltd. seeks an experienced Branch Manager in Gauteng to drive performance and profitability across sales, administration and operations. You will lead the branch team, mentor staff and build strong customer relationships.

The role requires a minimum of five years in a branch management position, fluency in Afrikaans and English, and a valid driver's licence. You will oversee warehouse, stock control and budgeting to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Matric (tertiary qualification advantageous)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Branch Manager or similar management role
• Previous experience managing a branch with responsibility for sales, administration, warehouse and operations
• Strong business acumen with the ability to drive profitability and branch performance
• Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (essential)
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
