Job summary

Momentum Metropolitan is recruiting a Senior Manager to lead and motivate a team of Financial Advisors, driving client-centric sales and adherence to regulatory requirements. You will develop plans to meet targets, oversee processes, and collaborate with QA to improve productivity and service quality.

Required FAIS qualifications, 3–5 years in insurance with 2+ years of managerial experience, and strong people management. Valid driver’s license and vehicle are desirable.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
• FAIS Representative Regulatory Exam Level 5 passed
• 120 credit FAIS recognised qualification

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of Financial Advisors
• Develop plans to achieve sales targets in line with client centric practices.
• Manage adherence to operational processes, policies, and legislative requirements.
• Develop action plans and initiatives to drive sales, motivate team and improve performance.
• Communicate and implement approved team targets within area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to achieve sales targets and business goals.
• Effectively manage day-to-day team activities and escalations.
• Collaborate with QA and Performance Coaches to improve productivity and compliance of calls.
• Regularly assess team performance against targets and take corrective actions.
• Assess service delivery based on stakeholder engagements and analytics.
