Metropolitan is seeking a dedicated leader to manage and motivate a team of Financial Advisers, delivering an excellent client experience while supporting the achievement of sales targets.

The role requires FAIS qualifications, strong managerial experience, and a driver’s license. You will drive performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and cultivate a productive branch culture. A proactive recruiter will join the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent NQF Level 5 is required
• RE5 is required
• FAIS Representative legislative qualification is required
• Class of Business 3 and 7 (preferable)
