Metropolitan is seeking a seasoned leader to manage and motivate a team of Financial Advisors in Ermelo. You will drive client-centric service while supporting the achievement of sales targets and maintaining regulatory compliance across operations.

The role requires strong leadership, relationship-building, and a deep understanding of FAIS regulations, with a focus on delivery, coaching, and performance improvement across the team.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
• FAIS Representative Regulatory Exam Level 5 passed.
• 120 credit FAIS recognised qualification.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent client experiences and support sales targets.
• Oversee activities of Financial Advisors to ensure compliance and productivity.
• Develop plans to achieve sales targets in line with client-centric practices.
• Ensure adherence to operational processes, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Coach and guide teams to improve performance, productivity, and service quality.
