Job summary

Metropolitan is seeking a capable leader to manage a team of Financial Advisers, ensuring high-quality client service and achievement of channel sales targets. The role requires FAIS knowledge, CE grants, and a proactive approach to developing performance-driven action plans.

You will foster a strong branch culture, oversee compliance, and recruit top talent to sustain growth and service excellence within the Metropolitan network.

Qualifications

• Minimum Matric or equivalent NQF Level 5 and relevant FAIS qualifications; RE5 is required.
• FAIS Representative legislative qualification is essential for compliance.
• Class of Business 3 and 7 accreditation preferred; implies appropriate product scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Financial Advisers to deliver excellent client experience.
• Develop action plans to drive sales and improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with operational processes and legislative requirements (FAIS).
• Cultivate a productive branch culture and energise staff to maximise productivity.
• Recruit and select high performing Financial Advisers to join your team.
