Metropolitan is a leading South African financial services brand. The role manages and motivates a team of Financial Advisers to deliver an excellent client experience and support the achievement of Metropolitan Channel sales targets.

You will recruit, coach, and develop advisers, ensure compliance with FAIS and legislative requirements, and foster a productive branch culture while driving performance and growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of working experience in the financial services industry.
• A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience overseeing the rendering of financial advice.
• Experience in FAIS Tier 1 Long Term Insurance and Pension Benefit products.
• A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
• Computer literacy.
