Placements24 is seeking an experienced Bank Branch Manager for our Queenstown, Eastern Cape branch. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service in a dynamic banking environment.

This on-site leadership role requires 5-7 years retail banking experience (3+ in supervision), a relevant degree, and a track record in regulatory compliance, risk management, and community engagement. Master’s or banking qualifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Master's degree or banking qualifications a plus.
• 5–7 years retail banking experience with 3+ years in supervision.
• Proven track record in sales, operations, and team leadership in Banking & Finance.
• Strong understanding of banking products, services, compliance, and ops.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in banking software and MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in Queenstown.
