Old Mutual South Africa is seeking a capable leader to manage a small to medium-sized team of advisors, developing, maintaining, and leveraging relationships with prospective and existing clients to stimulate demand for financial products and services.

The role focuses on leadership, client relationship management, account management, and delivering customer-focused sales opportunities while monitoring performance, coaching, and ensuring timely, quality outcomes.

Formación

• NQF Level 4 or equivalent and Grade 12.
• Experience in financial services sales preferred.
• Strong communication and customer orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a small to medium-sized team of advisors and manage client relationships.
• Develop and implement a relationship management plan for existing customer accounts to identify decision-makers and influencers.
• Identify potential customers by obtaining information, referrals, and recommendations from existing customers and through events.
• Deliver specialized support and service for new and existing accounts in line with policies and procedures.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues, escalating to senior colleagues as needed.
• Track budgets and report variances to more senior colleagues.
