Old Mutual South Africa is looking for a results-driven leader to manage a small to medium advisory team and to grow client relationships in KwaZulu-Natal. The role focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, selling customer propositions, and driving growth through targeted campaigns.

You will oversee budgeting, performance management, and operations while coaching staff to deliver exceptional service and solutions.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in managing advisors or sales teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to identify customer needs and deliver tailored financial solutions.
• Experience in budgeting, planning, and performance review.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of advisors to develop and maintain client relationships and drive demand for financial products.
• Develop and implement a customer relationship management plan with key decision-makers.
• Identify and present complex product propositions with clear business rationale.
• Create sales opportunities through referrals, events, and campaigns.
• Monitor team performance, coach capabilities, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Provide operational support and oversee transactional processes.
• Promote customer focus and collaborate with colleagues to meet client needs.
• Manage key accounts and respond to complex inquiries while guiding junior staff.
• Develop customer contact plans for launches and campaigns to build new relationships.
• Track budgets, report variances, and contribute to organizational capability building.
