Old Mutual Limited in Durban seeks a capable leader to manage a small to medium-sized team of advisors and to develop, maintain, and leverage relationships with prospective and existing clients to stimulate demand for financial products and services.

You will drive customer relationship management, account management, and sales opportunities while overseeing budgeting, operations, and performance to achieve local business goals.

Formación

• NQF Level 4 education is required or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management and sales.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a team to meet targets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a small to medium-sized team of advisors to develop and leverage client relationships.
• Manage customer accounts, identify decision-makers, and resolve issues.
• Identify sales opportunities and present customer propositions with standard terms.
• Oversee budgeting and monitor variances to support financial planning.
• Provide coaching to team members to build capabilities and performance.
