Responsibilities

• Lead a small-to-medium advisory team to develop and maintain client relationships and stimulate demand for financial products.
• Oversee customer relationship management and account management to resolve issues and meet client needs.
• Identify potential customers through referrals, networking, and events; support sales campaigns and product launches.
• Track budgets, monitor variances, and contribute to performance management and appraisals.
• Provide coaching to team members and collaborate with colleagues to strengthen customer focus.
