Job summary

Sanlam Limited, via Sanlam Developing Markets (SDM) in Seshego, Limpopo, seeks an in-branch Client Service & Retention specialist. You will promote SRM products, provide sound financial advice, and deliver high-level client service within a branch context.

You will also be responsible for client retention, portfolio review, and cross-selling of value-added products, while aligning with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

Qualifications

• 1-year experience in a sales or marketing capacity
• Experience within insurance branches an advantage
• Matric (Grade 12) is required
• RE5 is advantageous
• FAIS-compliance in wealth management per DOFA

Responsibilities

• Provide sound financial advice and high level client service in a branch context.
• Cross-sell value-added products and manage client portfolios.
• Validate client details in line with regulatory requirements and submit new business.
• Conduct due diligence and manage walk-in and scheduled appointments.
• Ensure in-branch servicing meets client experience standards.
