Job summary

Finbond Mutual Bank in Alberton is seeking a Branch Consultant to deliver sales, promotion, communication and strong administrative support to clients. You will promptly answer calls, record client data, handle complaints and enquiries about payments, and assist with daily cash balancing and reporting.

You will also help reconcile client accounts and maintain accurate records while promoting the bank’s lending products.

Qualifications

• Minimum matric
• Knowledge of financial services industry
• No criminal record
• Clear ITC
• Able to converse in at least two languages spoken in the market
• Willingness to undertake duties beyond the confines of the job

Responsibilities

• Answer and handle incoming calls professionally.
• Record client information accurately in the Delfin system.
• Handle complaints, enquiries, and payments (EFT, Allps, Nupay, etc).
• Assist with checking and capturing Nupay reports and follow up on failed transactions.
• Assist with daily balancing of cash and reporting to Head Office.
• Maintain client accounts and records; update file notes.
• Operate computer systems per procedures and support sales of banking products.
