Qualifications

RE1 and RE5 preferred.
5–7 years in retail/universal banking with frontline sales.
2–3 years leadership experience in a branch or client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

Drive sustained sales and revenue growth by identifying market opportunities and deepening existing client relationships.
Lead, coach and develop Universal Bankers to build capability and high-performance culture.
Ensure an excellent client experience with a client-centric approach and long-term value.
Oversee risk, compliance and conduct management, including FAIS and Fit and Proper requirements.
Use market insight and performance data to optimise client coverage and branch execution.
