Job summary

FNB Points of Presence in Hermanus is seeking a Branch Advisor to deliver compliant financial guidance in a high-volume branch. You will assist walking-in and existing clients, educate on the correct channel, and build lasting relationships.

You will work within FAIS, FICA and TCF guidelines, meet sales and service targets, maintain records, and stay updated on products. Grade 12 is required with 1–3 years client-facing experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in a customer-facing financial services role.
• Understanding of FAIS, TCF and compliant advisory principles.
• Ability to meet sales, service and compliance targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Provide compliant financial advice to walk-in and existing clients in a high-volume branch.
• Educate customers on the Banking platform that best suits their needs.
