Job summary

FNB Points of Presence in Cape Town is hiring a Branch Advisor to provide compliant, professional financial advice in a high-volume branch. You will help customers with their transactional needs, educate them on the correct channels, and build trusted relationships.

The role requires understanding FAIS, FICA, and TCF principles, maintaining accurate client records, achieving sales and service targets, and acting with integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1–3 years of client-facing experience in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliant, professional financial advice in a high-volume branch.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for retention and growth.
• Educate customers on banking channels and products aligned to needs.
• Manage leads, referrals and follow-ups within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Meet sales, service and compliance targets with ethical conduct.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
