Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 required; NQF Level 5 in Banking or related fields preferred.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing roles within financial services.
• Strong understanding of FAIS, TCF and client-centric advice principles.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Provide compliant, professional financial advice and educate customers on the correct banking channel.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
